Vintage 9ct yellow gold Blue John pendant
Vintage 9ct yellow gold Blue John pendant
Perfect for spooky season or to add something special to any neck stack, this pendant showcases a gorgeous piece of Blue John (a rare form of fluorite, only found in Derbyshire in the UK). With its lovely texture and colour, it's a fantastic unique piece to enjoy. There are some small cracks to note (please see condition section), but these do not affect how wearable the pendant is and (in our opinion!) add to the character of the piece.
Size: 30mm top to bottom, including bail
Weight: 3.4g
Markings: Full English hallmarks for 9ct gold, Sheffield import mark, 1997, ASD maker's mark
Condition: Crack across stone, and fine crack along gold edge (see photos) - neither affect the durability/wearability of the piece.

How do you authenticate your pieces?
We buy jewellery from reputable sources and do our research. We use the hallmarks/stamps on our pieces along with any other information we receive to put together our descriptions. We also work with our jeweller (who is a qualified gemmologist) to provide further details regarding gemstones (size, clarity, type etc) when needed and test the purity of gold where required. We aim to provide photos/videos from different angles to help you make an informed decision. Feel free to reach out to us any time if you have any questions about a piece, or would like more photos/videos.
Do you offer ring resizing?
We sure do! We want to make the purchase of antique and vintage jewellery as easy and fun for you as possible, and making sure a piece is the perfect size for you is important to us. Please get in touch and we'd be happy to help with getting a ring resized. This costs $50 AUD, plus any additional material costs if sizing up.
Do you offer layaway/payment plans?
We're happy to offer a layaway (also known as layby) service on orders over $500 AUD to help make your jewellery dreams come true with payments over time.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your piece, with the rest paid in instalments that we agree on. This is generally a total of four payments over four months including the deposit, but we're flexible. To set up a layaway on this piece, please contact us by submitting the below form.
For more information, please see our layaway policy.
