We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

If you’re somewhere else, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know what may be possible.

• Free tracked shipping is included with every order.
• Full insurance and signature on delivery are included.
• Most orders leave Melbourne in less than 3 business days. Pieces requiring extra work, like ring resizing, may take a little longer.
• For United States customers: The price shown includes insured DHL Express shipping and import duties/tariffs. This means there should be no separate DHL bill for these charges on delivery.
• For all other international destinations: Local duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges may apply depending on your country’s import rules. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
