We take pride in every piece we sell and want you to love your jewellery.
If there’s a major issue that was not disclosed or visible in the listing photos/videos, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll do our best to help, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- We are not responsible for wear and tear, third-party alterations, or damage that happens after delivery.
We want buying from us to feel safe and worry-free, so we handle any genuine problems quickly and fairly.
