Layaway policy

We're happy to offer a layaway (also known as layby) service on orders over $500 AUD to help make your jewellery dreams come true with payments over time.

A initial deposit of 25% is required to secure your piece, with the rest paid in instalments that we agree on. This is generally a total of four payments over four months including the deposit, but we're flexible - just let us know how we can help.

Once the full balance has been paid, your new piece will be lovingly packed and sent out to you.

Please note that the price of the piece at the time the layaway starts is set, and further discounts or reductions in price (including sales) do not apply. If you change your mind or would like to cancel a layaway, instalments will be refunded less a termination fee of the full initial deposit.
