Layaway Policy

We’re happy to offer a layaway (also called lay-by or instalment plan) service on eligible orders over $500 AUD to help you bring home the piece you’ve been dreaming of - without paying all at once.

Here’s how it works:

• Secure your piece: A non-refundable deposit of 25% starts your layaway.
• Pay in instalments: The remaining balance is paid in instalments we agree on (usually four equal monthly payments). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you’re paying in another currency, Shopify handles the conversion for you. Payments are interest-free, though local conversion rates may vary.
• Receive your piece: Once the full balance is paid, your jewellery will be prepared and lovingly sent straight to you.

A few things to know:

• The price of your piece is locked in when your layaway starts - further discounts or sales do not apply.
• If you change your mind or need to cancel, instalments will be refunded minus a termination fee equal to your initial deposit.
