Layaway Policy

We're happy to offer a layaway (also known as layby) service on eligible orders over $500 AUD to help make your jewellery dreams come true with payments over time. When you start a layaway with us, you are agreeing to the following terms below.

An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your piece, with the rest paid in instalments that we agree on (usually four equal instalments). All prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD), with local currency conversion services (for example, AUD to USD) provided by Shopify. Payments are interest free, but individual currency conversion rates may vary during the period of a layaway.

Once the full balance has been paid, your new piece will be lovingly packed and sent out to you.

Please note that the price of the piece at the time the layaway starts is set, and further discounts or reductions in price (including sales) do not apply. If you change your mind or would like to cancel a layaway, instalments will be refunded less a termination fee of the full initial deposit.
