Why we love it
This is a trilogy with so much more going on than the classic three stone layout. Three substantial old cut diamonds form the centre of the design, with two additional old cut diamonds set into each shoulder, creating a continuous spread of seven individually characterful stones across the finger. The shoulder diamonds are especially charming, with a more elongated cushion shape, and one with a light brown tone.
The setting is beautifully considered too. The three centre stones sit proudly in claw settings, while the shoulder diamonds step down neatly into the band, giving the ring a strong profile from every angle. We love the combination of symmetry and individuality here - every diamond has its own shape, colour and facet pattern, but together they make an incredibly cohesive antique ring.
It is a particularly special engagement ring option for someone who loves the symbolism and balance of a trilogy but wants something with more detail and old cut character. Just as importantly, it is simply a wonderful antique diamond ring in its own right - distinctive, wearable and very difficult to replicate.

How do you authenticate your pieces?
We carefully assess every piece using our gemmological training, specialist tools, and industry experience. We are both GIA Graduate Gemmologists and have also completed the Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) qualification.
We work closely with our jeweller, who has almost 50 years of experience and is also a qualified gemmologist.
Carat weights are estimates based on measurements taken in the setting unless otherwise stated. Precise weights can only be obtained from loose stones. Many of our diamonds are old cuts, which are often asymmetrical and not calibrated due to traditional hand-cutting techniques.
We aim to provide clear photos and videos from multiple angles to help you purchase with confidence.
Do US customers have to pay tariffs or duties?
No - for United States customers, the price shown includes insured DHL Express or Australia Post shipping and import duties/tariffs.
This means there should be no separate bill for these charges on delivery. We always ship at full declared value so your parcel stays compliant, secure, and fully insured.
